Here's how ratings work:
- Tradespeople get a score for the 'Quality' of their work, the 'Reliability' of their service and how well they represent 'Value' for money
- Customers get a score for 'Clear requirements', how 'Good to work with' they are and if they make a, 'Reliable payment'
- After you have rated on each category we'll calculate an overall rating based on what you have decided
